Mosaic, founded in 2017, is IIM Ahmedabad’s LGBTQ+ Resource Group. It serves as a formal club and acts as a point of contact between the LGBTQ+ community and the administration. The club aims to conduct awareness campaigns, speaker sessions, competitions, and cultural events to foster inclusivity and visibility in the community.
